• There are three Terminal Examination conducted during the year. First Terminal Examination : August Second Terminal Examination : November Third Terminal Examination : February • Promotion to the next higher class depends on cumulative assessment in different categories as given below: a) Regularity in attendance (Above 75%) b) Class Tests c) Regular Home Work d) Terminal and Annual Examination e) Pass Percentage - 40 • All student will not be permitted to appear for the final examination unless all dues of the school are paid. • Answer script of class VI to XII submitted by pupils will not be returned to parents, private tutors and others. In special cases the school authorities may review the answer script. • In case a child falls sick during the terminal examination, his / her average performance throughout the year may be considered as per the bye-law of examination, Director of Education, NCT of Delhi. Parents - Teacher Meeting • All parents are expected to attend Parents-Teachers Meeting to find out their child's progress. • Parents - Teachers Meeting are held on fourth Saturday of every month between 9.00a.m. and 11.00 a.m. The fourth Saturday will be observed as on off day for students except for class X and XII. • Parents are not allowed to meet teachers during class hours. However, Parents may meet the class teacher or subject teacher between 1.30 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. daily. • Meeting with Principal 9.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. • Meeting with Incharge 8.30 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. |
